Egg white mixture: in a large bowl, add the egg whites, sugar, and tartar powder, and beat until you see hard peaks when lifting the mixer up.

Take about ¼ of the egg whites and fold them into the egg yolk mixture, then repeat with the remaining egg whites until the batter is evenly combined.

Transfer batter to the prepared 9” round baking pan and smooth the top with an offset spatula.

Bake 350°F(180°C) for 45 mins until light golden brown. Let cool completely.

Separate the Oreo filling from the cookies into 2 bowls. The filling is about 50g.

In the double bowls over low heat, combine the yogurt, sugar, Oreo cookies filling, and mix well. Add gelatin to the mixture, mix well, and set aside to cool down to 20°c

In a large bowl of whipped cream, add the yogurt mixture and mix until the mixture is smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
