Soft and tender on the inside and bursting with flavor on the outside, this Whole Roasted Cauliflower is so delicious and spicy thanks to the savory Buffalo sauce. It’s a delicious side or main dish.

Ingredients:
  • 1 count Large Head Cauliflower
  • 3 stalk Celery
  • 1 count Onion, Cut Into Wedges
  • Baking vegetables
  • 1 tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. White Vinegar
  • Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Hot Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Butter, Melted
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Dipping Sauce
  • 2 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Parsley, for Serving

Preheat oven to 380°F / 193°C.

In a 9"-x-13" baking dish, toss chopped celery and onion with oil and add salt and pepper.

Carefully cut off the leaves and stems of the cauliflower with a knife so that they can lay flat. Place the cauliflower on the vegetables.

Make the buffalo sauce. Combine white vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl, mix well.

Pour the buffalo sauce onto cauliflower. Roast the cauliflower for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Drizzle roasted cauliflower with reserved buffalo sauce and serve with sour cream parsley sauce.
