Ingredients:
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking oil
  • 3 Tbsp Milk
  • 0.54 Cup Cake flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
Directions:

Separate the egg yolks from the whites.

Add oil, milk to the yolks and whisk them properly. Add flour to the mix.

Add vanilla extract to the mix.

Beat the whites with lemon juice and sugar until hard.

Mix the batter with the beaten whites.

Pour the batter into a cake mold and cover the mold with aluminum foil on the top, bottom and sides. Steam for about 45 minutes on medium heat.
