Ingredients:

For the cookie:
10.5 tbsp. Unsalted butter
1 cup Powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
1.4 oz. Beaten egg
1/2 cup Almond flour
2 cup Cake flour
For the cream:
4 tbsp. Unsalted butter
2.4 tbsp. Sugar
8.4 oz. Mascarpone cheese

Directions:

Mix the butter with sugar and add salt and vanilla extract.

Add beaten egg to this butter and mix it properly.

Add almond flour and cake flour and mix properly. Create 15g big balls from the mix and put them on a baking tray with a nonstick layer.

Bake at 320 °F /160 °C for 20 minutes. When done, let them cool.

Mix the butter with sugar and add mascarpone to it. Work out the cream.

Put the cream into a pastry bag and put some of it on every second cake and match 2 cakes together so that the cream is in the middle.
