Ingredients:

Warm water
13 tbsp. Sugar
3 tbsp. Jam
5 tbsp. Ground hazelnuts
3.5 oz. Ground biscuits
2 tbsp. Cocoa
4 tbsp. Oil
13 tbsp. Soft flour
1 tbsp. Baking soda
Cream
4.4 oz. Softened margarine
3.5 oz. Powdered sugar
7 oz. Lean biscuits
3.5 oz. Roasted ground hazelnuts
3.5 oz. Dark lean chocolate
0.7 cup Orange juice
Glaze
2 tbsp. Oil
3.5 oz. Cocoa board

Directions:

Mix water with sugar.

Add jam, hazelnuts, biscuits, cocoa powder, and cooking oil, and mix properly.

Preheat the oven to 356 °F/180 °C. Add flour and baking soda.

Coat the baking tray with oil and a little flour. Pour the dough into the tray and bake for 20 minutes.

Mix soft margarine with sugar with a hand mixer.

Add ground biscuits and mix with hand mixer.

Add roasted blended hazelnuts, chocolate, and orange juice and continue to mix with a hand mixer.

The baked dough should be cold now. Take the cream and paste it on the top of the dough evenly.
