Ingredients:
  • 1 Piece Sponge cake, sliced 3" round x2/5"(8cm round x1cm) 4 sheets
  • Strawberry Sauce
  • 5.2 oz. Strawberry puree
  • 1.5 oz. Sugar
  • 0.3 oz. Lemon juice
  • 0.63 oz. Kirsch
  • Mascarpone Cream
  • 4.2 oz. Mascarpone cheese
  • 4.8 oz. Heavy cream
  • 1.19 oz. Yolk
  • 1.48 oz. Sugar
  • 0.88 oz. Water
  • 0.07 oz. Gelatin sheet
  • 22 Pieces Strawberries
