These Juicy Skillet Pork Chops are perfectly fried, spicy, and in a winning combination with pineapple dressing. Together with the lightly fried veggies, it creates a well-balanced dinner.

Ingredients:
  • Basic
  • 14.1 oz. Pork Neck
  • Chicory
  • Beet Leaves
  • 2 Large eggs
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 5 Cloves Garlic
  • 5 Pieces Shallots
  • Canned pineapple
  • Shred Mozzarella cheese
  • Rosemary
  • Salad Dressing
  • 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Slices Panned pineapple
  • 1 tbsp. Juice of canned pineapple
  • 1/8 Large Onion
  • 1/2 tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • Pepper
  • Steak sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Refined rice wine
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Oligosaccharide
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Pepper
Directions:

Tap the pork neck with the back of a knife and marinate it under the neck for about 30 minutes.

Cut chicory and beet leaves into bite-size pieces and soak them in cold water.

Put the salad dressing ingredients in a mixer and grind.

Put olive oil in a heated pan, then add the chopped shallots, whole garlic, cherry tomatoes, and rosemary, season with salt and pepper, and fry until golden.

Heat oil in a pan, add 2 eggs over medium heat, and cook, then reduce heat to low and cook half-boiled.

Roast the pork neck in a frying pan over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-high, divide the neck sauce in two, and add the pineapple at the end.

Place vegetables and pork neck on a plate and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and salad dressing.
