Ingredients:
  • 3.35 Oz. Corn oil
  • 3.17 Oz. Cake flour
  • 0.52 Oz. Corn starch
  • 0.8 Oz. Cocoa powder
  • 8 Large Egg yolks
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 0.7 Cup Chocolate (50%)
  • 8 Large Egg white
  • 3.8 Oz. Sugar
  • 0.2 Tsp Salt
  • 0.9 Tsp Lemon juice
Directions:

Sift cake flour, cocoa powder, Corn Starch, and prepare 8 eggs. Preheat up to 329 °F /165 °C and down to 347 °F/175 °C.

Microwave corn oil from 1 minute 30 seconds to 90 degrees, immediately pour into the flour, stir well with an eggbeater.

Add chocolate, after complete melting, add milk and stir, then add the egg yolk and stir.

Add salt and lemon juice to the egg white, add sugar in three portions, beat until the soft peak.

Add to the egg yolk batter, then add to the cake mold.

Add about 158 °F /70 °C warm water to the baking tray under the cake mold, and bake for about 65 minutes at upper heat 311 °F/ 155 °C and down heat 329 °F/165 °C.

After baking, tear the baking paper around and cut the cake while hot. Enjoy!
