Ingredients:
  • 10.5 oz. Sweetened whipped cream
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla paste
  • 1.7 oz. Condensed milk
  • 10.5 oz. Chocolate for coating
Directions:

Whip sweetened whipping cream with condensed milk and vanilla bean paste.

Whip it until 70-80% then add it to a piping bag.

Fill an ice cream mold with the cream and put it in the freezer overnight.

Take it out of the freezer the next day and remove the mold.

Put hot water into a bowl. Add chocolate for coating into another bowl and put this bowl above the one with hot water.

Melt the chocolate. When melted properly pour it into a deeper dish so that the ice cream could be properly coated.

Coat the ice creams one by one. Finally, put it into a fridge to make the chocolate harden.
