Ingredients:
  • 2 Slices Bread
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 3 tbsp. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Salted butter
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Parsely
Directions:

Spread butter on one side of the bread and place it in the oven. Leave the edge of the bread about 1cm and press it hard with a spoon.

Spread butter on the inner side of the bread and add 1 egg each. Sprinkle salt and pepper and pour down cheese on the edge of the bread.

Put it in a preheated oven at 356 °F/180 °C and bake it for about 10 minutes. (Tip. If you don’t have an oven, cook, by covering it with the pan)

Pour down the parsley powder to complete. (Tip. Depending on your taste, you can enjoy sliced ham, vegetables, etc.)
