  • 5 oz. Crab Meat, Cooked and Chopped (You Can Find Frozen Cooked Crab Meat At Asian Supermarkets)
  • 10 oz. Egg Noodles (You Can Find The Packaged Egg Noodles At Asian Supermarkets)
  • 2 tbsp. Sliced Garlic
  • 1 oz. Onion, Diced
  • 1 oz. Red Chili Pepper, Thinly Chopped
  • 0.25 cup Minced Green Onion
  • 2 oz. Tomato, Diced
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. White Wine
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt
  • 0.25 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 count Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Parsley, Finely Chopped

Remove meat from the cooked crab and save it aside.

Cut garlic into thin pieces.

Chop parsley into pieces.

In a cooking pan over medium heat, add butter, garlic, and onion, stir fry until butter melts and onion tender.

Then add chopped red chili pepper, green onion, and tomato, stir until all ingredients mixed well.

Add crab meat, continue stir-fry until the crab meat mixes well with other ingredients. Add white wine, salt, and black pepper, then squeeze half a lemon juice to the mixture.
