Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • 3 oz. Sichuan style sausage, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 tbsp. Cooking wine
  • 0.5 cup Red chili pepper, cut into small thin circles
  • 1 oz. Carrots, sliced
  • 2 oz. Celery, sliced
  • 1 tsp. Salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp. Sugar, to taste
  • 3 tbsp. Water
  • 1 tsp. Sesame oil, to taste

In a large cooking pan over high heat, add about 1 tbsp cooking oil, and saute sausage until sizzling.

Add cooking wine, and saute for about 30 seconds.

Add red chili pepper, carrots, celery, salt, sugar, water, and sesame oil.

Stir fry until combined well (about 1 minute). Transfer to a dish and serve at once.
