  • 10 oz. Shrimps, Medium Size, Peeled And Deveined
  • 1 count Egg White
  • 2 tsp. Cooking Wine
  • 1 tbsp. Starch
  • 6 count Eggs
  • 1 oz. Green Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch Water (2 Tbsp Cornstarch Mixed With 1 Tbsp Water)
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 2 oz. Green Peas
  • 3 oz. Bell Peppers ( Different Colors), Chopped

In a large bowl, combine shrimp, egg white, and starch. Stir to mix well.

In another large bowl, beat the eggs.

Add green onion, salt, water, starch mixture, and shrimps.

In a large skillet at high heat, add about 2 tablespoon cooking oil till the oil is smoking hot. Pour in egg and shrimp mixture, and stir till no more liquid.
