In a large bowl, combine shrimp, egg white, and starch. Stir to mix well.

In another large bowl, beat the eggs.

Add green onion, salt, water, starch mixture, and shrimps.

In a large skillet at high heat, add about 2 tablespoon cooking oil till the oil is smoking hot. Pour in egg and shrimp mixture, and stir till no more liquid.

Add green peas and bell pepper, and stir-fry till they are cooked well.
