  • 5 oz. Pickled Chinese Long String Bean
  • 10 oz. Pork Belly, Hand Ground
  • 0.5 tbsp. Chef Made Peppercorn Oil (See ''Chef John Signature Oil'' Video)
  • 0.5 tbsp. Cooking Wine
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Minced Ginger
  • 1 tbsp. Fermented Black Beans
  • 0.5 cup Green Onion
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. Peppercorn Powder
  • 0.5 tsp. Sugar
  • 0.5 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp. Chef Made Chili Oil (See ''Chef John Signature Oil'' Video)

Chop pickled long string bean into small pieces.

In a large wok, at high heat, add oil and ground pork, and stir fry until sizzling and fragrant.

In the same wok, add peppercorn oil and stir; add cooking wine; stir fry until cooking wine evaporate. Then, add garlic, ginger, fermented soya beans, green onion, chili powder, and peppercorn powder. Stir and mix well.

In the same wok, add sugar, soy sauce and pickled long string bean; stir to cook for 30 seconds; add chili oil and quickly stir fry.
