Ingredients:
  • 2 lb. Silk Snapper, Cleaned 
  • 3 oz. Bamboo Shoots
  • 1 oz. Shiitake Mushroom, Soaked In Warm Water For 1 Hour
  • 3 oz. Ham
  • 2 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine
  • 4 pieces Ginger Slices
  • 2 stalks Green Onion
  • 1 tbsp. Chef Made Supreme Soy Sauce [Seasoning]  
  • 0.5 cup Julienned Red Bell Pepper & Green Onion
  • 0.5 tsp. White Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Hot Cooking Oil

Fillet the fish, then cut into pieces

Cut bamboo shoot into slices.

Cut shiitake mushrooms into thin strips.

Slice the ham.

Arrange fish, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and ham in a plate; drizzle with Shaoxing wine; put in sliced ginger and green onion.

Put this plate in a steaming basket, and steam for 8 minutes. Then remove from heat.

Drizzle Chef Made supreme soy sauce over the fish. Spread julienned green onion, julienned red pepper, and white pepper on top.

To finish off, drizzle hot oil on top.
