Ingredients:
  • 10 oz. Frozen Cooked Clams
  • 4 counts Egg
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt     
  • 0.13 tsp. Sugar 
  • 1 tbsp. Rice Wine   
  • 400 ml Lukewarm Water
  • 1 tsp. Minced Green Onion
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce

Soak clams in cold water.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, then add salt, sugar, rice wine, lukewarm water, and mix well.

Strain the beaten eggs through a sieve into the pan.

Set it to rest for 10 minutes.

Carefully arrange the clams inside the egg mixture.

Steam the clam and egg mixture in a bamboo steamer for 15 minutes.
