Ingredients:

  • 6 piece Fried tofu
  • 1.5 oz. Red bell pepper
  • 1 oz. Green pea
  • 1.5 oz. White mushroom
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt
  • 0.5 tsp. Cooking wine

Add soy sauce, cooking wine, red pepper, mushrooms, and green beans to minced chicken breast and shrimp. mix completely.

Cut the fried tofu from one end and remove some soft tofu inside to form a pocket.
