Covered in a flavorful spice mixture with yogurt, this Oven Baked Fish is a delightful and easy seafood recipe full of flavor.

Ingredients:
  • 1 count Pomfret fish
  • 1 tsp. Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp. Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp. White pepper powder
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne pepper powder
  • 1 tsp. Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp. Chili powder
  • 100 ml Yogurt
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • Hand-cut fries
  • 3 count Potatoes
  • 1 tsp. Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • Tartar sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp. Pickles
  • 1 tbsp. Red chili
  • 1 tbsp. Scallion
  • 1.5 tbsp. Sour cream

Clean the pomfret fish, and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk cumin powder, coriander powder, white pepper powder, cayenne pepper powder, paprika powder, chili powder. Mix well and set aside.

In another bowl, add yoghurt, mixture spices, salt and pepper to taste. Spread the sauce on fish. Marinate for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, slice potatoes. Transfer to a large bowl, sprinkle paprika powder, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in olive oil. Mix well. Transfer to a baking tray. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, on the same baking tray, place the marinated fish, and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.

In a small bowl, add sour cream, pickles, chili and scallion as tartar sauce.

Garnish with parsley, sliced lemon and serve with dressing.
