Ingredients:
- 25.5 oz. Chicken thighs
- For the chicken marinade
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp. Five-spice powder
- 1 tbsp. Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
- For the sauce
- 4.2 oz. Onion
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 0.7 oz. Ginger
- 0.14 oz. Dried red pepper
- 1 tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. Orange zest
- 2 Large Orange, juiced
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 0.9 oz. Scallion, to garnish
Directions:

In a large bowl, add chicken thighs, salt, black pepper, five-spice powder, cooking wine, and soy sauce. Mix well. Then cover them with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes.

In a large skillet, add some oil and put the chicken thighs in. Pan-fry until both sides are golden brown and take them out.

In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, ginger, and dried red pepper. Stir-fry for 1 minute and add brown sugar, orange zest, orange juice, salt, black pepper, and ½ cup water.

Add the chicken things in the pan, cover and simmer for a few minutes. Then, add the scallion and sesame.
