  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
  • 3 ea. Minced garlic
  • 1 ea. Minced yellow onion
  • Spices
  • 1 tsp. Corriander
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Cinamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Ancho chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Freshly grated nutmeg

  • 2 Tbl Tomato paste
  • 3 Tbl Pine nuts
  • 2 Tbl Cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • Wrapper
  • 1 ea. Filo dough
  • 2 oz. Melt butter
  • Tzatziki With Yogurt
  • 1/2 ea. Grated cucumber
  • 2 ea. Grated Garlic
  • 1/2 ea. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 cop Extra virgin olive oil
  • 78 oz. Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. Chopped dill
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • For Plating

With olive pit sear the ground beef. Add salt and black pepper, and remove excess fat.

Add the onions and garlic and cook on low.

Add [Spices] tomato paste, pine nuts, and cilantro, and salt, stir well.

Layer the 3 sheets of filo dough with melted butter.

Slice the filo dough sideways into 4 equal strip sizes.

Place 1.5 tbsp of the ground beef mix on each filo strip. Tightly roll a seal tighten the last roll (including the ends).

Place in a fridge for 15 minutes.

Mix【Tzatziki With Yogurt】in a bowl.

Fry in a 350°F/177°C oil pot.
