Ingredients:
  • 1 Pack Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (12 Rolls)
  • 1 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • For the chicken marinade
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt
  • 1 large Egg White
  • 1 tbsp. White Wine
  • 1 tsp. Cornstarch
  • For the chicken stir-fry
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 0.5 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt
  • 0.5 oz. Minced Garlic
  • 1 oz. Shredded Onion
  • 3 oz. Shredded Green Onion
  • 3 oz. Shredded Red and Green Bell Pepper
  • 3 Pieces Yellow Cheddar Cheese
  • For the seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. White Wine
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 oz. Butter

Prepare the Rolls: Horizontally slice the entire pack of Hawaiian sweet rolls in half, keeping the top and bottom halves connected. Set aside.

Slice the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices against the grain for tenderness.

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, add the chicken slices. Mix in the marinade ingredients: salt, egg white, white wine, and cornstarch. Toss everything together until the chicken is evenly coated. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add butter to grease the surface. Once melted, add the marinated chicken slices. Stir-fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes until they are fully cooked and browned.

Season the Chicken: Add cooking oil, then sprinkle the chicken with black pepper and salt. Stir the chicken for a minute to season evenly.
