These simple soup noodles with spicy sauce are both delicious and good nutrition. With beef balls as a basis, beech mushrooms and peas are a perfect soup for lunch or dinner. The rice noodles and bean sprouts make this soup so rich and tasty. Chef-made chili oil perfectly completes the taste of this hot soup.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Can Salted chicken stock
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 lb. Fresh rice noodles
  • 9 oz. Beech mushroom
  • 6 oz. Beef ball
  • 1/4 cup Fresh peas
  • 3 oz. Bean sprout
  • 2 Stalks Scallion
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground salt

  • 1 Spring Coriander

Line up the green onions and thinly slice them using a circular motion with your knife.

In a large pot, add salted chicken stock and water.

In the same pot, add beef balls, beech mushrooms, and fresh peas. Cover and cook on medium-high heat and bring to a boil.

Add salt to taste and stir well.

In a serving bowl, add fresh rice noodles and bean sprouts.

Then, add cooked beef balls, beech mushroom, and shredded green onion to the rice noodle.
