  • 6 oz Large Shrimp, No Shell, No Tail
  • 1 oz Onion, Diced In Small Pieces
  • 1 oz Butter
  • 2 oz Mushroom, Sliced
  • 0.5 oz Green Pea
  • 2 count Eggs
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp White Wine
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Corn Starch, Mix With 1.5 Tbsp Cold Water
