Ingredients:
- 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/3 cup Corn kernel
- 1/3 cup Onion, diced
- 1/3 cup Carrots, diced
- 2 tbsp. Cooking oil
- 3 Egg
- 2 cup Rice, cooked
- 1/3 cup Green peas
- 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Green onion, chopped
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced

Remove corn kernels from the cob.

In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, rapidly swirl in small circles around the pan, and pour in egg mixture to make scrambled eggs.
