  • 5 Tiger Shrimps
  • 1 tsp. Shaoxing Wine
  • 4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 3 medium Scallops
  • 3 medium Squid Rings
  • 3 medium Mussel
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. White Pepper
  • 7 oz. Rice Noodles
  • 2 oz. Bean Shoots

Heat the pan, turn the stove on to medium heat and put cooking oil in the pan.

Put the sliced ginger, green onion, tiger shrimps into the pan and stir until they are fragrant.
