Ingredients:
  • For The Pork Belly
  • 1/2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 10 fillets Pork Belly
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • For The Mushroom
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 1 pack Beech Mushroom
  • 1 pack White Crab Mushroom
  • 1/2 tbsp. Mirin
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Carrot, Sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Cornstarch Slurry (1 to 2 Ratio of Cornstarch to Water)
  • 1 tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped

Turn on medium heat and put a little oil. Put the pork belly in the pot and stir for 2-3 minutes.

Add salt, black pepper, and fry the meat until golden brown.

Use scissors to cut the pork belly into small pieces and set aside.

Pour oil into the pot and turn on medium heat. Add beech mushrooms and white crab mushrooms and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Then pour the pork belly and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add Mirin, minced garlic, chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and carrot slices, and sugar.
