Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. Salmon
  • 1 sprig Thyme
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp. Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Dill
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Zest
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Start by cutting the salmon in half. Take one of the halves and place it on top of a cutting board. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Do this for both sides.

When you're done, take the salmon and put it on an oiled frying pan. Add a stem of fresh dill and a piece of garlic (there's no need to cut or slice them) into the pan, then start frying the salmon.

Keep flipping the salmon back and forth until it turns into a nice shade of brown on both sides. Add a cube of butter and sprinkle the salmon with its own juices.

Start by cooking the vegetables and then putting them next to your salmon when they're ready.

As for the dressing, melt a cube of butter on your pan. Add a little bit of flour and a whole glass of milk. Also, add some dill and lemon zest to spice it up a bit. Add salt and pepper. When it's ready, pour the cream dressing on your salmon then serve.
