  • 2 cup Sweet Potato Starch
  • 3 large Egg
  • Pumpkin Sauce
  • 7 oz. Pumpkin
  • cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 2 tbsp. Carrot, Minced
  • 2 tbsp. Onion, Diced
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 sprig Rosemary

First, marinate the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.

Then evenly coat with egg liquid and sweet potato powder.

Turn on medium-low heat, and fry the chicken in a frying pan for 3-5 minutes. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Set aside on a plate.

Put the pumpkin in a blender, pour in chicken broth and milk.
