Ingredients:
  • 10 oz. Pork Rib
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, Minced [Marinade]
  • 1 tsp. Green Onion, Chopped [Marinade]
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Wine [Marinade]
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce [Marinade]
  • 0.5 tbsp. Oyster Sauce [Marinade]
  • 1 tbsp. Starch [Marinade]
  • 1 tsp. Sugar, A Pinch [Marinade]
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil [Marinade]
  • 2 cup Round Grain Rice
  • 1 cup Long-grain Fragrant Rice
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 count Tomato
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chinese Sausage, Sliced
  • 0.5 cup Green Peas
  • 0.5 cup Corn Kernel
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil [Sauce]
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, Minced [Sauce]
  • 0.5 cup Shallots, Diced [Sauce]
  • 1 cup Water [Sauce]
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce [Sauce]
  • 0.5 tbsp. Oyster Sauce [Sauce]
  • 0.5 tsp. Sugar [Sauce]
  • 1 tbsp. White Vinegar [Sauce]
  • 1 tsp. Red Chili [Sauce]
  • 4 tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped [Sauce]

Cut pork ribs into small pieces.

Combine pork ribs with pork rib marinade in a large bowl, mix until pieces are coated with the marinade, and set to marinate for 2 hours.

Slice the sausages.

Add both rice into the rice cooker and mix thoroughly; add water. Place a small tomato at the center on top of rice, add a pinch of black pepper, and stir a few times;

Put in the following one by one to form a pie sections pattern: sausage slides, peas, corn kernels, and marinated pork rib. Close the lid and cook accordingly.

In the meanwhile prepare the rice sauce, heat up a cooking pan, add 1 tablespoon cooking oil, garlic, and onion, fry until fragrant.

Add water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white vinegar, a few pieces of red chili pepper, and green onion. Cook for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Put in a bowl.

Open the rice cooker lid when it’s done, and add the sauce (tip: according to your preference of taste, do not have to add all).

Break the tomato, stir, and mix thoroughly. Serve hot.
