When you have left over bread or rice and need something flavorful to pair with it, this beef sauce is the perfect dish. Not only is it a delicious balance of savory and spice, but it is also incredibly easy and quick to make when you are on the go.

Ingredients:
  • For The Ground Beef
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • For The Beef Sauce
  • 2 cup Cooking Oil
  • 2 Onion, diced
  • 1 cup Garlic, Minced
  • 0.25 cup Green Onion, Chopped
  • 8 Medium Shiitake Mushroom, diced
  • 2 tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 1.5 tbsp. Sichuan Peppercorn Powder
  • 1 cup Broad Bean Paste With Chili
  • 1 cup Soybean Sauce
  • 1 cup Sweet Bean Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Rock Sugar
  • 1 cup Roasted Peanuts, crushed
  • 2 tbsp. White Sesame
  • For The Pasta
  • 3 cup Cooked Mostaccioli Pasta

First finely chop the onions, dice the shiitake mushrooms, and pound the fried cooked peanuts.

Pour 2tbsp of oil into the pot, add minced beef and stir over medium heat

Add 2 cups of oil into the pot, add the chopped onion and stir-fry ever medium heat for about two minutes. Then add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add the green onion and mushroom grains.Stir-up for about two minutes. Add chili powder and Chinese pepper powder and stir well. Continue to add soybean paste, sweet noodle paste, bean paste and rock sugar until the sugar melts.

Pour the beef into the pot and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes. Lastly add peanuts and white sesame seeds. Stir well.

You have to keep stirring when you make the sauce, otherwise it will stick the pot.

After cooling, put the prepared sauce in a glass container and put it in the refrigerator. You can use it as a dip for bread or bibimbap, or use it for mixing noodles and stir-fried vegetables when you want to eat it.
