These Pan Seared Beef Skewers are an easy recipe that’s cooked in less than 30 minutes. If you don’t like beef you can use chicken or pork, just make sure you give the meat enough time to marinate and you cook it quickly over a high heat to keep it moist.

Ingredients:
  • 7 oz. Ground Beef
  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 0.5 cup Parsley
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic
  • 0.25 cup Mint
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Paprika Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Oregano
  • 0.5 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Potato
  • 4 cup Cold Water
  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp. Sour Cream

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced onion, parsley, garlic and mint. Season with salt and pepper. Add paprika powder, oregano, bread crumbs and 1 egg.

Knead the mixture until sticky and insert bamboo sticks to each beef kebab. Set aside.

Add olive oil in a skillet. Pan-fry kabobs in an oiled pan over medium heat until golden brown and the meat is fully cooked.

Cook potatoes in lightly salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, Add chopped onion, chopped cherry tomatoes in the same bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add parsley, lemon juice, olive oil. Mix well.

Serve beef skewers with potato salad.
