Ingredients:

1.59 Cup Bread flour
1 Large Egg
2 Tbsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Milk powder
1 Tsp Instant yeast
0.6 Fl. Oz. Oil
0.46 Cup Water
1/2 Tsp Salt
Egg wash
Parmesan cheese powder
Sausage

Directions:

Mix the eggs with sugar, milk powder, instant yeast, oil, and water.

Add the flour and the salt to the mix.

Knead the dough until homogenized. Cover and let it rise for an hour to double the size of it.

Divide into 8 parts. Create balls of them. Let them rest for 15 minutes.

Roll out the balls to a small round shape. Eggbrush and put it into Parmesan cheese powder. Place them on a baking tray and let them rise for 50 minutes.

Put sausage in the middle of each bun.

Take the mayonnaise and make 3 lines on the top of each sausage of the bun.

Preheat the oven at 360 °F/ 180 °C and bake them for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
