Okra Stuffed with Shrimps

Ingredients:
- 5 oz. Shrimp
- 1 tbsp. Minced Ginger
- 1 tbsp. Minced Green Onion
- 0.25 tsp. White Pepper
- 0.5 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine
- 0.25 tsp. Salt
- 2 oz. Okra
Directions:
Step 1

Peel and devein the shrimps. Save the tails for decoration later. Then mince the shrimp.

In a bowl, combine minced shrimp with minced ginger, minced green onion, ground pepper, salt, and Shaoxing wine. Mix well.

Remove both ends of okra. Then remove center parts to make an okra tube. Using a pastry bag, pipe shrimp mixture into the okra tube, and place the shrimp tails at one end.

Put the stuffed okra on a plate, and steam them in a steaming basket for 10 minutes.
