Put the pan in the oven and keep it for 15 minutes at 300 °F/150 °C. Then reduce to 248 °F/120 °C and dry for 20 minutes, if a minute longer is even better, just don't do it shorter. After that time, dry the bark at 212 °F/100 °C for another hour and a half. Remove the dried crusts from the oven and leave them in the tray to cool.
