Easy and creamy Mashed Potato Salad is a delicious side perfect for casual suppers and cookouts! It can be served warm or cold.

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. Cooked Potato
  • 1 tbsp. Carrot, Diced
  • 1 tbsp. Pea
  • 1 oz. Bacon, Cooked and Break Into Small Pieces   
  • 1 tbsp. Butter  
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt
  • 0.5 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 7 oz. Mayonnaise

Peel potatoes and steam for 45 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork. In a large bowl, mash them into bite-size chunks.

Add the following to the mashed potatoes: diced carrot, pea, bacon pieces, butter, fresh milk, a pinch of salt and black pepper.
