Ingredients:
  • 300 g Mango
  • 30 g Chili Pepper
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper
  • 0.3 cup Shallot
  • 0.3 cup Scallion
  • 1 cup Chicken Breast
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Curry Powder
  • 0.3 cup Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Rice

Clean and cut the mango into cubes. Transfer to a blender. Pour in some milk. Mix well as mango sauce.

Warm up a large skillet on medium-high heat, add olive oil, chopped chicken breast. Cook until turn to golden brown on both sides. Seasoning with curry powder, salt and pepper. Add chopped shallot, scallion and bell pepper. Pour in the mango sauce. Bring to a boil and turn down to low heat, simmer for 5 minutes.

Transfer to a serving plate with cooked rice.

Stick in the mango. Put it on the stove and burns it on low heat. Peel it. Slice in half, avoiding the pit. Trim the remaining sides. Cut sides into small cubes.

Around the mango surface, notch it. Twist it until spilt. Scoop out the pulp.

Use the edge of the cup, cutting out the mango pulp.

Cut lengthwise on either side of the pit. Dice the flesh but not the peel. Push the peel up from underneath.

Pull out the stump of mango, and peel it by hand.

Cut out the stump of mango, and stick in the mango by bamboo stick. Peel it.
