Ingredients:
  • 1.4 oz. Water
  • 2.1 oz. Tapioca starch
  • 1.05 oz. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Blue melon tea leaves (Instead of food coloring)
  • 40 ml Warm water
  • Optional
  • 1 tsp. Shredded coconut
  • 3.5 oz. Coconut milk
  • 1.7 oz. Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
Directions:

Place the blue melon tea leaves into hot water for 10 minutes.

In a pot add sugar to this lilac liquid.

Boil until the sugar dissolves. Turn off the heat and add tapioca starch.

Mix it properly so that it will create a smooth dough.

Repeat the process with just water, so you will have 2 doughs a lilac and a white one.

Knead the doughs before they cool down.

Create 2 rolls from the 2 doughs and combine them together. Cut them evenly.

Dust them with corn starch to prevent them from sticking together.

Place them in boiling water. Boil 10 minutes while stirring.

When it becomes translucent remove them and place them in ice water. Strain it through the strainer.

Put some shredded coconut on it and pour coconut milk on the top. Enjoy!
