This healthy and tasty seafood dish with steamed egg whites can be made from a wide range of seafood. Choose any lobster, crab meat, or clam for a quick, delicious main course.
Clean the lobster (Use brush if possible). Blanch it in the boiling water for 1~2 minutes. Drain and place it in ice water to chill.

Cut it into pieces. Peel it and dice it into bite size cubes.

Coat all the lobster meat pieces with cornstarch and salt. Set aside.
