  • 1 large Lobster
  • 6 stalks Green onion
  • 2 oz. Ginger, sliced
  • 4 small Shallots
  • 1 cup Corn starch
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing wine
  • cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Knorr Chicken Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. White pepper
  • 4 oz. Cooked noodles
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. Cornstarch slurry

Twist the lobster’s head and body to separate it into two parts. Cut from the middle of the back of the lobster, remove the sandbag and the shrimp gills, cut it in half, and then cut into pieces for later use.

Pour cooking oil into a pan and set over medium heat. When the oil temperature reaches 210°F (100°C), pour in the green onion, sliced ​​ginger, and shallots; fry for 1 minute, then take everything out and drain the oil.

When the oil temperature rises to 300°F (150°C), coat the lobster meat (avoid the shell) with corn starch and deep-fry for 1 minute, then remove and drain the oil.

Add the fried ingredients to a wok and stir-fry for 20 to 30 seconds.

Pour in the Shaoxing cooking wine and the chicken broth, add the oyster sauce, sugar, Knorr Chicken Powder, white pepper, noodles, slurry, and sesame oil. Use chopsticks to poke the noodles apart, quickly stir 3 to 5 times.
