So satisfying! This Lobster and Fried Rice Recipe is not your everyday fried rice. It’s got plenty of huge pieces of decadent, tender lobster!

Ingredients:
  • 3 lb. Lobster
  • 0.5 oz. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine
  • 0.5 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 3 counts Egg
  • 2 tbsp. Onion, Diced
  • 2 tbsp. Purple Cabbage, Chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Carrot, Diced
  • 1 tbsp. Corn Kernels
  • 1 oz. Shrimp and Squid, Peeled and Deveined
  • 7 oz. Cooked Brown Rice
  • 0.25 tsp. Black Pepper, to Taste
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Green Pea
  • 2 tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped

Cut lobster into two pieces lengthwise. Clean away the waste.

Heat up Teppanyak plate, at one end, melt about 10g butter, place lobster halves meat side down on the buttered plate. Pour Shaoxing Wine, and cover with a lid.

At the other end, spread cooking oil, scramble eggs until done. Then add onion, cabbage, carrot, corn kernels, shrimp, and squid. Toss and mix well.

Uncover the lobster, take out the meat, and add them to fried rice.

Toss and mix well. Finally add green pea and green onion, and mix well.

Scoop rice mixture into the lobster shells.
