Ingredients:
  • 3.5 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1 oz. Sugar
  • 1.7 oz. Plain yogurt
  • 3.5 oz. Unsweetened whipped cream
  • 0.8 tsp. Powdered gelatin
  • 1/8 cup Cold water
  • 1 tbsp. Green tea powder
  • 2 tbsp. Water
  • 0.7 oz. Raspberry
  • 1 oz. Dark chocolate
  • For topping
  • 1 tbsp. Green tea powder
  • 2 tbsp. Raspberry sauce
  • 0.4 tsp. Powdered gelatin
  • 0.8 tsp. Water
  • 3 Pieces Dark chocolate
Directions:

Stir gelatin so that it doesn't clump and permeates the water.

Heat the chocolate in the microwave and melt it.

Mash raspberry and sieve it.

Mix cream cheese with sugar. Stir until sugar particles are half gone. Then add plain yogurt. Mix the ingredients.

Add the unsweetened whipped cream. Stir until the cream is smooth without lumps. If cream hardens by the whipped cream, heat it up in the microwave and melt it.

Add melted gelatin and mix. Likewise, if the cream hardens during work, heat it up in the microwave and melt it.

Divide melted chocolate into light, medium, dark, and very dark. Add 3 tablespoons of cream to melted chocolate and mix.

Divide the sauce into a gradation color in the same way as raspberry and green tea.

Tilt the glass to fix it and pour the cream. *For your information, I used a 200ml glass.* Fill the cream in order of light to dark colors. If the cream is not hardened enough, it may fall down when the cup is set, so harden it completely.

Fill the top with the remaining white cream. The raspberry sauce is made from the filtered raspberry sauce with melted gelatin.
