The Korean Banquet Noodle is a third recipe in the row of noodle recipes and is an easy tasty noodle soup. Made with seasoned seafood stock, fried eggs, and zucchini, together with the spicy sauce it is a perfect dish for a hot dinner.

Ingredients:
  • 7 Oz. Thin noodles (somyen)
  • 1/2 Large Zucchini
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • A half handful of Chives
  • 1 Large Hot pepper
  • 6 Cups Seafood stock
  • Cooking oil
  • Soup mixture:
  • 1/2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sauce mixture:
  • 3 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1/2 Tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Red pepper powder
  • 1 Large Hot Pepper
  • A half handful of Chives
  • Pepper
Directions:

Prepare a seafood stock. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to it.

Cut the chives, hot pepper, slice the zucchini, and then julienne.

Put the zucchini on a frying pan, season with salt. Fry until the zucchini is soft.

Prepare an omelet. When ready, roll it and cut it into tin slices.

Prepare the sauce mixture by mixing the ingredients for the mixture.

Cook the noodles in boiling water. When ready wash them under cold water.

Serve the noodles with the seasoned seafood stock, sliced egg, zucchini, and also with sauce mixture. Enjoy!
