Kimchi fried rice is a filling, flavorful dish that adds a little kick into your meal. The fried-rice is easy to make and is both hearty and comforting to eat.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil, divided
  • 1 lb. Cooked Rice
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 9 oz. Kimchi
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 tbsp. Shallot
  • 2 stalks Green Onion (Scallion) Tops
  • 1/4 cup Bell Pepper,Diced

Add oil to the pot. Put the cooked rice into the pan and stir-fry, add a little sesame oil and stir evenly, add a little salt and kimchi & Kimchi juice and stir-fry together.

Add a little olive oil to the pan and stir-fry two eggs until half cooked, then add the shallots and scallions. Add red and yellow bell peppers and Kimchi and stir-fry them evenly.
