- 8 oz. Neufchatel cheese (reduced-fat cream cheese)
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 14 1/2 oz. Marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/4 cup Grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp. Mixed roasted garlic and shallots
- 1/2 tsp. Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 cup Chopped/frozen spinach, thawed
- Garnish
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Panko, optional
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 2 tbsp. Grated parmesan

Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.

With a rubber spatula, mix the sour cream and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients except garnish parmesan.
