Ingredients:
- Marinade
- 9 oz. Beef Flank Steak
- 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine
- 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
- 1 large Egg White
- 1 tsp. Corn Starch
- 1 tsp. Cooking Oil
- Cook The Beef
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/2 ㅤ Onion, julienned
- 1/2 ㅤ Carrot, julienned
- 7 oz. Cooked Noodles
- Seasoning
- 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Sweet Black Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 1/4 tsp. White Pepper
- Vegetables
- 3 slices Cabbage, shredded
- 3 slices Red Cabbage ,shredded
- 1 cup Bean Sprout
- 2 stalks Julienne Green Onion

Cut the beef flank steak into pieces. Add the cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, egg whites and cornstarch into a bowl.

Mix evenly and marinate for 20-30 minuets.

Shred carrots, onions, and cabbage.

Turn the stove to high heat and add oil to a pan. First, stir-fry the beef for 2-3 minutes,

Then add the shredded onion and continue to stir-fry.

Add carrot shreds, cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, Zhenjiang vinegar, sesame oil and white pepper then stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
