Mix the flour, yeast, milk powder, sugar, salt, and water. When mixed, knead the dough with a machine, add some water if the dough is too heavy. When the dough is not sticking to the kneading bowl, add the softened butter to it. When the butter is well mixed with the dough, put the dough in a bowl and let it sour in a warm place for 1-2 hours, until it doubles its size.
