Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Bread flour
  • 1 Tsp Instant yeast
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1.32 Tbsp Milk powder
  • 2.4 Tbsp Caster sugar
  • 0.8 Cup Ice water
  • 2.11 Tbsp Softened unsalted butter
  • Peanut butter
  • Oil
  • Bread flour/All-purpose flour
  • Whole milk
Directions:

Mix the flour, yeast, milk powder, sugar, salt, and water. When mixed, knead the dough with a machine, add some water if the dough is too heavy. When the dough is not sticking to the kneading bowl, add the softened butter to it. When the butter is well mixed with the dough, put the dough in a bowl and let it sour in a warm place for 1-2 hours, until it doubles its size.

Then roll out the dough to 11.8x19.6 inches. Paste a layer of peanut butter on the top of the dough.

Fold the dough to quarter and again to quarter, so that the side overlap each other.

Cut the dough into 12 parts. Each part is cut again into 3 parts so that the upside part is not cut through.

Knit the dough and then join the ends. Put it on a muffin pan. Let the cakes sour to double size for about an hour.

When they are doubled brush them with milk. Preheat the oven at 180°C (360°F) and bake for 18 minutes.
