Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp. Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Cornstarch
  • 2 Cheese slices
  • 2 tbsp. Shredded coconut
Directions:

Prepare the Mixture: In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.

Add the cheese slices to the milk mixture.

Heat and Thicken: Place the saucepan over low heat and stir continuously to prevent lumps from forming. Heat the mixture until it thickens, stirring frequently. This might take about 10-12 minutes.

Mold and Chill: Lightly coat a round mold with cooking oil to prevent sticking. Once the mixture has thickened to a pudding-like consistency, remove it from heat. Pour the mixture into the prepared mold and cover it with plastic foil to prevent a skin from forming. Place the mold in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until set.

After chilling, remove the pudding from the mold by gently loosening the edges with a knife and inverting it onto a serving plate. Sprinkle shredded coconut generously over the top of the pudding.
