Divide a tofu skin sheet into two equal pieces.
Ground pork marinated in the traditional Chinese staples of ginger garlic and onions with a splash of soy sauce. Are encased in the dried tofu wraps and gently finished in the pan until the filling is steamed to tender perfection, whilst tofu skins are chewy and golden. just add a drizzle of sesame oil and you have a fantastic idea for a dim sum dish, tapas, or appetizer.
