Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti

Garlic Shrimp Spaghetti is a tasty quick meal that could be done at any time. While the pasta is cooked the shrimp and seasoning are done in the meantime. Savory shrimp in a garlic butter sauce with spaghetti makes a harmonious taste of this easy dish.

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground salt
  • oz. Spaghetti
  • tbsp. Olive oil
  • 4 oz. Shrimp
  • 1 tbsp. White wine
  • 1/3 cup Noodle water
  • 1/2 tsp. Chile flakes
  • tsp. Italian seasoning to taste
  • tbsp. Chopped parsley to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. Ground black pepper
  • Ground salt to taste
Directions:

Chop the onion and garlic and put them aside.

Bring the water in a pot to a boil, add the salt (taste the water until you feel salty) and spaghetti to the pot, and cook for about 6-8 mins (or follow the instruction on the pack).

Meanwhile, add the olive oil to another pan, and add the garlic then saute it on medium-low heat, until almost light golden. Add the shrimp then cook it until golden brown on both sides, then take it out, add the onion and saute it until you smell the fragrance.

Add white wine stir a little bit, then add the pasta water, chile flakes, Italian seasoning, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper, mix well then put the cooked spaghetti and shrimp back to the pan, raise the heat to high, stir fry for about 30 to 60 second, you can add more pasta water if too dry, then remove the pan from the heat.

Garnish with some chopped parsley and cheese.
