The Spanish garlic prawn is a popular and well-known dish and also easy and quick for preparation. Thanks to the tasty olive oil and garlic sauce, the prawn gets an even more delicious flavor. Best served with baked bread.

Ingredients:
  • 5.2 Oz. Prawns (without shell)
  • Parsley
  • 5-6 Cloves Garlic
  • Sea salt flake, smoked paprika, pepper, chili flake
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 Slices Sourdough
  • 1.35 Tbsp White wine
Directions:

Marinate the prawns with a pinch of sea salt flake, 1-2 teaspoon smoked paprika, and some black pepper for around 5-10 minutes.

Thinly slice garlic cloves, finely chop the parsley.

Drizzle some olive oil and sea salt flake on sourdough and bake in oven 338 °C/170 °F degrees, around 7-10 minutes (both sides) (or toast sourdough on the pan).

Warm the olive oil in another pan over medium heat. The amount of oil is enough to cover the prawns. Add garlic to the pan until the garlic is just golden brown.

Add prawns in, cook the other side once it turns color (around 2 minutes).

Add white wine and turn to high heat. Cook for another 1 minute, use a spoon to stir.

Add chopped parsley at last. Enjoy them with toasted sourdough.
